As we continue to navigate through the ever-changing climate of COVID-19, we are closely monitoring government updates and recommendations.
During this time, all Herbal One locations are open and fully operational. We’re excited to see you all again!
For your safety and the safety of our staff, we have put in place stringent policies and procedures across all Herbal One locations to ensure a safe and clean environment during your visit.
Here is how we are keeping you safe and healthy:
- All staff will wear face masks and gloves and other personal protective equipment where appropriate/necessary
- Physical distancing measures will be set to limit the number of people in each location at any one time and ensure proper distancing between clients
- We kindly ask all customers entering our locations to please wear a face mask/covering
- We thoroughly deep clean and sanitize all store surfaces in between customer visits, including Debit/Credit machines and POS systems
- For consultations, we are operating by appointment and recording each client’s name and contact information where applicable for the purpose of contact tracing
